Promosi Pariwisata Gastronomi dalam Film Indonesia
Abstract
Artikel ini disusun karena film memiliki peran penting sebagai media promosi pariwisata Indonesia. Gastronomi pariwisata dipilih sebagai objek penelitian karena gastronomi berhubungan langsung dengan pengalaman empiris manusia. Gastronomi mencerminkan identitas budaya suatu masyarakat sehingga promosi gastronomi pariwisata memiliki potensi yang tinggi. Fenomena gastronomi mengalami beberapa gelombang perkembangan yang signifikan di dunia. Artikel ini membahas film-film Indonesia yang mempromosikan gastronomi pariwisata pada filmnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjadi referensi film-film yang membahas mengenai gastronomi Indonesia. Dalam tinjauan ini, pendekatan yang diterapkan adalah melalui analisis studi kasus dengan menggunakan jurnal-jurnal, serta mengurai konten melalui pendekatan naratif dan aspek sinematik. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mencapai konsep gastronomi wisata yang diilustrasikan melalui film sebagai alat promosi yang mengandung elemen persuasif. Film-film ini diharapkan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang promosi gastronomi pariwisata. Elemen-elemen budaya lokal Indonesia dapat diperkenalkan dan diapresiasi oleh audiens internasional melalui media film.
Promotion of Gastronomic Tourism in Indonesian Films
ABSTRACT
This article highlights the significant role of films as a medium for promoting Indonesian tourism. Gastronomic tourism is chosen as the research object because it is directly linked to human empirical experiences. Gastronomy reflects the cultural identity of a community, making its promotion a high-potential endeavor. Gastronomy has undergone several waves of significant development globally. This article examines Indonesian films that showcase and promote gastronomic tourism. The purpose of this study is to serve as a reference for films discussing Indonesian gastronomy. In this review, a case study approach is applied, utilizing journals and analyzing content through narrative and cinematic aspects. The aim is to achieve a concept of gastronomic tourism illustrated through films as a promotional tool containing persuasive elements. These films are expected to provide deeper insights into the promotion of gastronomic tourism. Through film as a medium, elements of Indonesia's local culture can be introduced and appreciated by international audiences.
