Analisis Resepsi Stuart Hall Tentang Poster Silang Pinjam Antar Perpustakaan Sepatu Jolifa
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan memberi gambaran kepada masyarakat mengenai poster program silang pinjam antar perpustakaan yang merupakan program dari “Sepatu Jolifa” (Sistem Perpustakaan Terpadu Jogja Library for All). Program ini diinisiasi oleh Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Daerah (DPAD) Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dan bekerja sama dengan 49 perpustakaan yang berada di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Melalui poster silang pinjam yang disebar DPAD DIY, program silang pinjam antar perpustakaan ‘Sepatu Jolifa’ diklaim dapat melakukan silang pinjam antar perpustakaan yang sudah sepakat untuk bekerja sama, salah satunya adalah Perpustakaan Pusat Universitas Gadjah Mada. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan teori resepsi stuart hall. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan semua mahasiswa tidak yakin bahwa silang pinjam antar perpustakaan dapat dilakukan, karena selain ketidaktahuan akan konsep silang pinjam antar perpustakaan yang dilakukan “Sepatu Jolifa”, mereka belum pernah mencoba, dan kurangnya informasi. Sedangkan pustakawan sepakat dengan isi poster silang pinjam antar perpustakaan ‘‘Sepatu Jolifa’’ karena pernah dilakukan di Perpustakaan Universitas Gadjah Mada.
Stuart Hall's Reception Analysis of the Sepatu Jolifa Interlibrary Loan Cross Poster. This study aims to provide an overview of the inter-library loan program poster, which is a program called "Sepatu Jolifa" (Jogja Library for All Integrated Library System). This program was initiated by the Yogyakarta Special Region Library and Archives Office (DPAD) in collaboration with 49 libraries in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Through cross-borrowing posters distributed by DPAD DIY, the interlibrary loan program “Sepatu Jolifa” is claimed to be able to cross-borrow between libraries that have agreed to cooperate, one of which is the Central Library of Gadjah Mada University. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a Stuart Hall reception theory approach. The results of this study illustrate that all students are not sure that cross-borrowing between libraries can be done because, in addition to ignorance of the concept of cross-borrowing between libraries carried out by "Sepatu Jolifa," they have never tried and lack information. Meanwhile, the librarians agreed with the content of the interlibrary loan poster "Sepatu Jolifa" because it had been done at Gadjah Mada University Library.
