Proses Kreatif Siswa di kegiatan P5 lingkungan hidup : Melukis di Totebag

Abstract


The Creative Activity of Students in the P5 Environmental Awareness Program : Painting on Totebags. This research was conducted as part of the Teacher Professional Education (PPG) program for the 2024/2025 academic year, with the title “The Creative Activity of Students in P5 Environmental Awareness Program : Painting on Totebag”. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method by collecting data and documenting the process during the P5 Environmental Project activities at SMPN 1 Surabaya. The creative process involves several stages, including preparation, reflection, inspiration, and formation. Futhurmore, ther are several steps in the totebag painting activity, such as preparing the tools and materials, sketching, painting, and presenting the final result. The P5activity not only serves as a platform for students to express their creativity but also fosters awaresness and concern for the environment. This totebag painting activity was participated in by students from classess VIII-A to VIII-D, with the theme “Zero Waste”. Prior the painting activity, students received relevant material from the P5 Facilitating Teacher in each class. The tools and materials needes for the activity included plain white totebags, acrylic paint, paint brushes, palettes, water, and pencils. Through this P5 activity, it is expected that students will be motivated to protect the environment, keep it clean, and reduce waste, in line with the theme of their painting, “Zero Waste”.
